Oasis users can enable reminder emails under Manage Feature > Reminder Email, then configure 1-, 3-, or 7-day reminders in the event’s Email tab. The default message can be edited using the pencil icon. If using Zoom or another integrated webinar platform, choose either its reminders or Oasis’s—not both—to avoid sending attendees duplicate emails.
