Watch the recording from the webinar "Abstract Submission 101: From Idea to Acceptance" to hear Dea Mahanes and Erin Fecske of the AANN Annual Meeting Planning Committee highlight key elements of abstract development, including coming up with an idea, developing your concept, choosing a presentation format, writing the abstract content, and identifying objectives or learning outcomes. Differences in abstract development for knowledge-based presentations, results of quality improvement projects, and research reports are also reviewed. The AANN abstract format is used as an example, but the information can be applied to the submission process for any conference.

1. The learner will identify 1 potential topic for abstract submission.
2. The learner will identify 2 key elements that must be included when writing objectives or learning outcomes.
3. The learner will apply the knowledge from this session to differentiate a well-written abstract from a poorly written abstract.
Participants can earn 1 CE contact hour by viewing the video and completing the evaluation. Credit for this activity will be awarded through June 11, 2027.
